It was clean quite and we were able to relax comfortably. It was also in a great shopping and dining area!

During my stay over Xmas, the check-in process was smooth and quick, thankfully. the hotel's proximity to the area we wanted to be in was convenient. Plus, there were several fantastic Breweries nearby to explore and enjoy good drinks.
The room reeked of stale cigarettes, making me feel nauseous all night. the cleanliness was appalling;

Despite it being an older motel, it was clean and quiet.
While coffee was available, it would have been nice to have had something in the breakfast line e.g muffins, donuts, to make the morning easier. Yet since there were many places near by this was not a real drawback.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our trip to Brimfield, only about 20 minutes away. There was a nice small outdoor pool.
First disappointment, they gave us a room with double beds, not a king as booked, so we had to sleep separately, which upset my husband. Second, the room was never cleaned, even though we were gone for 8+ hours and had hung the "please make up room" sign. First we were told that the staff must have forgotten, then later they told us that we had the "do not disturb" sign up, which is a lie. We did not feel like we were given honest answers, nor did we feel like they cared. They did offer to have the room made up because by then it was too late. All I wanted to do was take a bath, but the lever to fill the tub was missing and we had to fill the tub by running the shower for quite a while.
